I’ve been searching for a sentimental watch for my father as we were celebrating his 70th birthday. I visited numerous stores, and it seemed like most stores just carried the same “mainstream” watches. I happen to be walking past Watch LA, and figured “might as well walk in and check them out”. It turned out to be the perfect experience, first of I was treated extremely kindly and they didn’t make feel incompetent for asking rudimentary questions, second off  they didn’t just try to sell me on what was available instead they advised and displayed other models online that may have been of interest, and lastly they provided genuine feedback when seeking input on comparable brands/models concerning quality, statement, and opinions. I recommend this store to anyone seeking a trustworthy, fulfilled experience; that ultimately provides peace in mind upon purchase.
