Authentication & condition

How do you authenticate your watches?

Every watch is opened, inspected, and verified before listing. We check movement signatures, serials, dial markings, case finishing, and cross-reference against manufacturer databases and reference books. Any piece that doesn’t pass goes back. Full process: How We Authenticate.

What does the condition rating mean?

We use five tiers. Unworn — new, stickers intact. Mint — like new, light handling. Excellent — gently worn, no visible flaws. Very Good — honest wear, no damage. Vintage — period-appropriate patina retained.

What does “Box & Papers” mean?

Whether the watch comes with the original box and original purchase certificate/warranty card. Box & Papers — both included. Box Only or Papers Only — one of the two. Watch Only — neither. Full set typically commands a premium.

Buying

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank wire transfer and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Wire is preferred for pieces over $25,000. Pricing is identical regardless of payment method.

Do you offer a warranty?

Every watch we sell carries a 12-month limited warranty covering mechanical defects. Cosmetic damage from wear, water damage, and unauthorized service work are excluded. If the manufacturer warranty is still active, you get that on top of ours.

How much is shipping within the US?

Shipping is free on all US orders — fully insured, signature required, via FedEx or DHL. Delivery typically 2–5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — fully insured, signature required, via FedEx or DHL. Buyer covers shipping and is responsible for any import duties or VAT in the destination country. Delivery typically 2–5 business days.

Can I visit the showroom?

Yes — walk-ins are welcome, Monday to Saturday, 10am–5pm. Our showroom is at 650 S Hill St, Suite A8, Los Angeles, CA 90014. Plan your visit or call +1 (213) 505-1874.

Exchanges & service

Can I return a watch for a refund?

No — all sales are final and we do not issue refunds. What we do offer is a 30-day exchange window. Full details: Exchange Policy.

How does the 30-day exchange work?

Bring the watch back to our Downtown LA showroom within 30 days of delivery and we’ll inspect it — we confirm by serial that it’s the piece we sold you, that the condition is unchanged, that no work has been done on it, and that everything it shipped with is present. If it passes, you can exchange it against any watch in our current inventory. Exchanges are handled in person, not by mail, and we reserve the right to decline a piece that doesn’t pass inspection.

Do you service the watches you sell?

We work with authorized service partners for major brands. For warranty servicing or post-purchase work, contact us first — many pieces sold within the last 12 months are covered or discounted.

What if the watch doesn’t fit my wrist?

Bracelet sizing is included free for all purchases — we’ll adjust links before shipping if you give us your wrist size at checkout. After delivery, sizing adjustments are also available; ship the bracelet back and we cover that shipping.

Selling to us

Will you buy my watch?

We’re actively buying Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, Cartier, Omega, IWC, Tudor, Hublot, Breitling, and independent makers. Submit details and we’ll respond within one business day.

How is the offer determined?

We benchmark every offer against current auction results, dealer comps, and our own sell-through data. Box, papers, service history, and condition all factor in. You’ll see the math behind the number — we don’t lowball.

Can I trade in instead of selling outright?

Yes. Trade-in credit goes toward any piece in our inventory at no markup. We often pay slightly more on trade vs. straight buy.
