These are the terms you accept when you buy from WATCH LA. Plain English. No surprises.

Who we are

WATCH LA is a Los Angeles-based dealer of pre-owned luxury watches. Every piece in our shop is in our possession, authenticated by our team, and ready to ship.

Authenticity

Every watch sold is guaranteed authentic. We inspect every piece in-house and stand behind every sale. Every piece is inspected and verified in-house before it is listed.

Pricing & availability

• Prices are in US dollars and apply to that single piece. Each watch is one-of-one inventory.
• We try to keep listings accurate. If a watch is reserved or sold before your order is processed, we’ll refund or help you find an equivalent.
• Prices may change. We honor the price at time of order.

Payment

We accept card payments through our secure online checkout. Available card and express payment options are shown at checkout. Payment is required in full before shipping.

Shipping

We offer free insured, signature-required shipping within the United States. U.S. orders ship within 1 business day of cleared payment. International shipping is not currently available.

Returns

All sales are final; we do not offer refunds for returns. Within 30 days of delivery, you may bring your watch to our Downtown Los Angeles showroom for an in-person exchange assessment. Exchanges are subject to inspection and the conditions and exclusions in our Exchange Policy; they are not automatic and are not handled by mail. This exchange policy is separate from our authenticity guarantee and 12-month limited mechanical warranty.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the watch. We’re not responsible for consequential damages, lost time, or third-party claims arising from use of a watch purchased from us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes are resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
